Landlords want a cut of retail tenants' online sales

Retailers want landlords to rework leases to make them less financially burdensome as restrictions are placed on store operations as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Landlords, in turn, want retailers to pay them a cut of online sales that are increasingly being fulfilled in stores.
