Lands' End CEO is stepping down and AEO exec will replace him

George AndersonJerome Griffith will resign as CEO of Lands' End in January. He will be replaced by Andrew McLean, president of American Eagle Outfitters. Mr. McLean will join Lands' End as CEO designate and a member of the company's board on Nov. 1.
