Georganne Bender is a speaker, author, and consultant. Since 1990, Georganne and her business partner, Rich Kizer, have assisted thousands of businesses in the retail, creative, restaurant, healthcare, deathcare, hospitality, collegiate, pet, travel, tourism, beauty, tech, auto, sales and service industries. Best known as a store makeover specialist with a proven track record of double-digit sales increases, Georganne is listed among the Top 40 Omnichannel Retail Influencers, RETHINK Retail’s Top Retail Experts, and the Top Retail Industry Experts to Follow on Social Media. She writes and publishes KIZER & BENDER’s award-winning Retail Adventures blog. As consumer anthropologists Georganne and Rich stalk and study that most elusive of mammals: Today’s consumer. Each year they host consumer focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and intensive on-site studies.
