Levi Strauss cutting 700 jobs after taking a hit from the pandemic

Levi's said it will cut 700 office jobs, roughly 15 percent of its corporate workforce, after its second-quarter revenue fell 62 percent and it posted a 48 cents per share loss. The job cuts are expected to help the denim giant save about $100 million annually.
