Louis Vuitton Countersued Over Trademark

J. Marcus Wholesaler Inc. and The Paradies Shops have filed a federal lawsuit against Louis Vuitton Malletier arguing that the companies are not infringing on the handbag manufacturer's trademark of its Damier design.
