Lowe's lowers its forecast as customers cut back on DIY projects

The home improvement chain saw reduced spending on do-it-yourself projects despite lower lumber prices. CEO Marvin Ellison said he remains "optimistic about the medium-to-long term outlook for home improvement and our ability to continue to grow market share."
