Lowe's to open first outlet store in Texas

Lowe's announced that it would open its first outlet store in Texas this year to sell "scratch-and-dent appliances" at a discount to its regular retail prices. The home improvement chain opened its first ever outlet in Monrovia, CA, in 2019.
