Macy's Gets Support in Fighting Micro-Union Case

The National Labor Relations Board is allowing the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Retail Litigation Center to file a joint amicus brief supporting Macy's, which is attempting to block cosmetic and fragrance workers from forming a micro-union.
