Man Commits Fraud Can't Get Arrested

A person in Loma Linda, California ordered goods from eMerchandise.com using the credit cards belonging to others. When the retailer reported the event, the amount ($500 in goods) was deemed too low to warrant an FBI investigation and local police considered the crime outside their jurisdiction.
