Maple Leaf Tries to Regain Consumer Confidence

Maple Leaf Foods, the largest food processor in Canada, is taking steps it hopes will help it regain the confidence of consumers after one of the company's plants was traced as the apparent source of a food-poisoning outbreak that has resulted in the deaths of at least four individuals.
