Maryland becomes test case for minimum wage

Maryland will put through a series of increases that will see the minimum wage in the state go from $7.25 an hour last year to $10.10 by 2018. Opponents say it will lead to job losses. Proponents say it will put more money in the pockets of those who need it most.
