Mayo, Florida renames itself Miracle Whip

Mayo, Florida was originally named after Confederate colonel James Mayo, not a condiment, and yet the town announced that it will (temporarily) change its name to Miracle Whip, inspired by a $15,000 to $25,000 donation from Kraft-Heinz that the 15,000-resident municipality will use for beautification.
