Mayor Vetoes D.C. 'Living Wage' Bill

Washington, D.C., Mayor Vincent Gray vetoed the Large Retailer Accountability Act after determining that it singled out Walmart to pay higher wages to hourly workers while not requiring the same of other businesses.
