McDonald's U.S. sales up as Russia unit takes a hit

McDonald's same-store sales in the U.S. were up 3.5 percent in the first quarter, surpassing the estimates of analysts. The company, however, lost $127 million due closed locations in Russia and Ukraine following Russia's unprovoked war on its neighbor.
