McD's franchisee cited for violating child labor laws

McDonald’s franchisee Santonastasso Enterprises allowed 14- and 15-year-old employees to work past 7 p.m. on school days at 13 restaurants in violation of child labor laws, according to the Labor Department. The company is also accused of having its young employees work longer shifts than allowed by law.
