McD’s tweaks its Big Mac prep

McDonald’s is adding more of its special sauce to its Big Macs. It is also toasting buns and melting cheese on its burgers while they are on the grill to improve the taste of its signature sandwich. “We saw the opportunity to make a few changes in our kitchens to make them even more delicious,” said Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s USA chief marketing and customer experience officer.
