Medical Grass Not Okay with Some Employers

Using marijuana for medical purposes is okay by the state of California but it's not okay with the federal government, which gives employers in the state the right to either not hire or fire workers using the drug. That was the essence of a ruling handed down by the California Supreme Court yesterday.
