Meijer, Others Told To File Their Own Suit

U.S. District Judge John R. Padova said large volume retailers would have to file a class action suit against 3M for allegedly monopolizing the clear tape business when he ruled they could not join a suit previously brought against the manufacturer by smaller retailers.
