Microsoft says the U.S. needs to regulate AI

Brad Smith, president of Microsoft, says the U.S. needs to regulate artificial intelligence technology and should require all federal agencies to put the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s framework in place to use the technology ethically and responsibly.
