Moe’s Southwest Grill has never been afraid to experiment with bold, alternative flavors. Now, the fast-food chain has announced that it is adding Munchies Flamin’ Hot Snack Mix to its menu. Let’s take a look at what we know.

In a statement to RetailWire, a company representative confirmed that customers can enjoy online-only access to Moe’s Southwest Grill’s most recent partnership with Munchies Flamin’ Hot Snack Mix when they’re hungry. From April 13 to April 20, visitors may forge their own path and personalize any dish with Munchies Flamin’ Hot for free, whether it’s incorporating hot spices into their Homewrecker Burrito or giving their Stack some extra crunch.

Your Moe’s Entrée will be both bold and unexpected thanks to Munchies Flamin’ Hot, a delicious blend of some of your favorite snack brands, such as Sunchips, Doritos, Rold Gold, and Cheetos.

Moe’s Rewards Members can also get $5 off any order of $20 or more placed online or on the app between April 15 and April 20. You can choose to have the Munchies delivered right to your door or order for pickup.

Munchies Flamin’ Hot Snack Mix is the newest limited-edition addition to Moe’s lineup of more than 20 fresh and free ingredients. Moe’s Southwest Grill never stops coming up with new and inventive ways to customize your meal and add bold flavors.

Cheez-Its on Burritos?

This is far from the first time Moe’s Southwest Grill has introduced interesting menu items to its customers. The fast-food chain expanded its powerful flavors and endless modifications in October 2024 by adding the well-liked Cheez-It crackers to its fresh and free ingredients inventory. Customers were able to enjoy their favorite Moe’s Entrée with Cheez-It Original Crackers for free as long as supplies lasted.

“We pride ourselves in feeding the rebel spirit in each of our guests by infusing creative offerings to our menu so they can satisfy their cravings,” said Joe Artime, VP of marketing at Moe’s Southwest Grill, in a statement accompanying the press release announcement at the time. “Cheez-It crackers bring a craveable, cheesy crunch when added to our menu offerings. We can’t wait to see how fans customize their order with this fan-favorite snack.”

“Cheez-It is always looking for new ways to delight our fans’ obsession with cheese and appetite for excitement. We’re thrilled to partner with Moe’s for this ultimate cheesy menu takeover as part of its latest culinary venture. Adding the iconic Cheez-It cracker made with 100% real cheese to your favorite Burrito, Bowl or Queso is a dream come true for snack lovers who crave the delicious taste outside of the box,” added Michelle Barnes, commercial strategy director of Kellanova Away From Home, in the same press release.

Customers were able to customize their Moe’s order by adding Cheez-It crackers to any build-your-own Burrito, Bowl, Stack, Nachos, Quesadillas, or Tacos. Guests could also ask for Cheez-It crackers to be served alongside Moe’s Famous Queso, which added an unexpected and cheesy crunch. In addition to a variety of delectable sauces and protein options, Moe’s often provides a selection of over 20 free and fresh ingredients, ranging from roasted corn salsa to grilled onions and peppers.

With this acquisition, Moe’s Southwest Grill seemed to be competing with Taco Bell. Taco Bell’s nationwide return of the Big Cheez-It was a testament to its dedication to customer feedback. In response to their feedback, the Big Cheez-It Cracker and the improved Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme were designed to completely satiate fans’ cheez-y desires.
