Mooyah looks to take a big bite of Arizona burger market

Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes plans to open 20 new locations in Arizona in the next seven to 10 years. The chain, which operates a totally-franchised model, currently has almost 80 locations flying its banner in 21 states.
