NACS: Hidden Bank Fees Boost Gas Prices by 6-to-10 Cents

Citing the results of its new study, the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) complains that "swipe" fees from banks increase "inexorably with the price of gas, even though your bank is doing nothing extra to process your debit or credit card transaction."
