New Jersey Megamall to Get Dreamworks Theme Park

A mall in the New Jersey Meadowlands whose construction has been delayed for years may be the home of the first Dreamworks theme park in the world. The American Dream Mall has signed a deal giving it access to characters to "Madagascar" and other Dreamworks properties.
