New Labels Speak English To Allergy Sufferers

A new labeling law requiring food manufacturers to use plain English to make consumers aware of ingredients often associated with allergic reactions, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans, is expected to be passed by next week.
