New York & Company parent preps for Chapter 11

RTW Retailwinds, the parent company of the New York & Company chain, has expressed "substantial doubt" about its ability to remain in business following damage done by store closures related to COVID-19. RTW Retailwinds did not pay rent in April and May and has also not made recent payments to vendors.
