Nike suing Lululemon for patent infringement

Nike claims that Lululemon illegally infringed on three of its patents in the development of its Chargefeel Mid, Chargefeel Low, Blissfeel and Strongfeel shoes. A Lululemon spokesperson said, “Nike’s claims are unjustified, and we look forward to proving our case in court.”
