Nike's CEO presents mea culpa to staff

At company headquarters in Oregon, Nike CEO Mark Parker took the unusual step of gathering a company-wide collection of staff in order to apologize for a company culture in which allegations of sexist behavior by male employees was ignored. Since a group of female employees complained about the demeaning "boys' club" work environment back in March, a number of senior staff members have been fired from Nike.
