NJ Law Would Require Retailers to Give 'On the Spot' Rebates

If the bill now advancing in the New Jersey state Assembly is passed, retailers advertising a net cost after rebate will have to provide that savings to the customer instantly rather than requiring the consumer to fill out forms and wait possibly weeks or months for a check.
