NLRB Dismisses UFCW Claims Against Wal-Mart

An officer for the Nationall Labor Relations Board has recommended dismissing all complaints filed by the United Food and Commmercial Workers Union Local 7 against Wal-Mart over the recent vote in the chain's Loveland, Colo. store.
