Not everyone is excited about 'frictionless' Amazon Go stores

Columnist John Dvorak has posted his Amazon Go grudge list. While many industry watchers see great promise in the self-service technology being incorporated into Amazon's new convenience store, Mr. Dvorak sees nothing but trouble — from the lack of "hand holding" for customers who may be clumsy with their apps, to what he imagines will be a very limited assortment due to the slow adoption rate for RFID tagging among suppliers.
