Office Depot Fights Back Against Shareholder Group

Office Depot has sent a letter to company shareholders urging them to support its nominees to the board of directors. Recently, the Woodbridge Group nominated alternative candidates to the board and recommended that Office Depot CEO Steve Odland be removed from the governing body.
