Olsen Twins Design New Juniors Line for Penney

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have announced the launch of Olsenboye, an exclusive new juniors brand, that will be available on jcp.com and in select J. C. Penney stores beginning November 6. The line is scheduled for a full launch in spring 2010.
