On price hikes, P&G beats analyst estimates

Despite a third quarter full of economic potholes, Procter & Gamble managed to navigate through with earnings and revenue that topped analyst expectations. Management reported that price hikes and productivity savings helped to offset higher supply chain costs and inflation.
