Online Holiday Satisfaction: Amazon Up, Netflix Down

In ForeSee's annual index of online shopping satisfaction, Amazon's score rose 2 points to 88 out of 100, while Netflix plunged 7 points to 79. Up sharply were TigerDirect.com (8 percent increase) and JCPenney (up 6 percent).
