Opinion: Lampert Needs to Fire Sears Holdings' Chairman

A Wall Street Journal opinion piece suggests that if Edward Lampert had only a small investment in an underperforming company, he would be calling for the chairman to go. Why then isn't he doing the same at Sears Holdings where he happens to be chairman?
