Organic grocer's union survey draws unwanted attention

Mrs. Green's, an organic grocery chain, recently conducted a phone survey with residents of the West Village in Manhattan. Some of the questions included their attitudes about shopping in stores that employ unionized labor. That, according to the United Food and Commercials Workers union, steps over the legal line.
