Outback’s ‘Steakmas’ Returns With Holiday Dishes and the ‘Koala on the Walla’
November 14, 2024
Outback Steakhouse is bringing back “Steakmas” for the holiday season.
Steakmas brings a festive blend of seasonal flavors, holiday activities, and surprises throughout the season. Outback has also reintroduced “Koala on the Walla,” its holiday mascot and playful judge of who’s been “good for goodness steak.”
Outback’s Steakmas holiday menu features four new dishes packed with flavor.
Additionally, at select malls and Outback locations during the holidays, visitors can stop by to see if they’re in for a Steakmas surprise, with the first 250 guests at each location receiving a gift card and a plush Koala.
What Are the ‘Steakmas’ Menu Items?
First, there’s Outback’s Three Cheese Steak Dip. This dip blends steak, a trio of cheeses, and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and green onions for crunch and sweetness. Served with tortilla chips, its better than any queso.
Second, Outback combines two of its most popular menu items, a Bloomin’ Onion and sirloin steak for the ultimate Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin. A center-cut sirloin steak is topped with melted provolone cheese, crispy Bloomin’ Onion petals, and a side of French onion soup for dipping.
There’s always room for some spice, and Outback brings the heat to its menu with its Chimichurri Filet. This steak cut is topped with Chimichurri sauce and Bloomin’ Onion Carrot Crunch.
Finally, the restaurant is offering the ultimate holiday indulgence, a Bourbon Onion Ribeye. This bone-in offering is topped with caramelized bourbon onions, bacon, and roasted garlic butter.
Returning for Steakmas this year is the Gingerbread Cookie Martini (complete with a mini-Koala keepsake), Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned, Chocolate Tower, and Bloomin’ Fried Shrimp.
Not only does Steakmas include food, it also features limited-edition Outback merchandise, including the plush Koala on the Walla, a Bloomin’ Onion ornament, wrapping paper, and clothing. Plus, when customers purchase a $50 gift card, they get an additional $10 bonus card for free.
Steakmas at Outback has everything customers need to make the season merry and bright until Jan. 1, 2025.
