Chewy has sent out paintings of pets based on photos posted by their owners to 1,000 customers. The online pet retailer, already known for its customer service, has built some lasting connections as the result of its actions. “I just want to buy everything from them,” said Danielle Schwartz, a Chewy customer. “They’re a big company. I was shocked that they did something so personal.”
