Passed Over at Penney, Castagna Takes a Pass

The retiring chairman and chief executive of J.C. Penney, Allen Questrom, apparently wasn't the only one disappointed Vanessa Castagna wasn't hired to take his place. Ms. Castagna has resigned, five years after being recruited by the company from Wal-Mart.
