PBM a big part of Walgreens' deal for Rite Aid

CVS owns the nation's second largest pharmacy benefits manager while Walgreens isn't in that business. That will change if regulators approve the deal for Walgreens to acquire Rite Aid, which earlier this year bought Envision Pharmaceutical Services.
