Penney identifies 13 more stores it will shutter

J.C. Penney has announced the sites of 13 stores it is closing, including seven in Michigan. The stores slated to close are in addition to 136 locations where the retailer is currently holding going-out-of-business sales. Penney plans to close 242 stores permanently.
