Penney Opening New Businesses

J.C. Penney plans to open three new businesses. Clad will sell designer apparel online to males 25 to 54 while Gifting Grace will offer gifts for women between 30 to 54. The third as yet-named business, which Penney hopes will grow to a 300-store chain in the next two years, will sell big and tall clothing for men.
