Pet care driving Mars' growth

Mars is primarily known for its candies, but pet care is the company's biggest growth engine. The company's pet business includes foods and veterinary clinics in the U.S. and the UK. Poul Weihrauch, global president of Mars Petcare, has been named the new CEO of Mars, succeeding Grant Reid.
