Pet Supplies Plus Sold to VC Firm

Irving Place Capital and members of the retailer's leadership team have purchased the nation's third largest pet specialty chain with stores in 22 states. Pet Supplies Plus intends to convert 92 of its franchised locations into company-operated stores.
