PETA: Winn-Dixie Behind Others in Humane Treatment of Livestock

The animal welfare group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), has submitted a shareholder resolution calling on Winn-Dixie to improve the company's animal welfare standards related to the purchase of chicken, eggs, pig and turkey meat.
