Peter Lynch, Winn-Dixie CEO, Steps Down

After seven years at the helm, Winn-Dixie CEO Peter Lynch announced on Friday that he would resign in the wake of news of the company's merger with Bi-Lo. Once the merger is complete, Randall Onstead, Bi-Lo board chairman, will take on the role of CEO and president of the combined company.
