Plant-based alt meat brands need to be more eco-transparent

Plant-based alternatives claim to be more eco-friendly than meat produced by farmers and ranchers. Whether this is accurate or not is hard to judge, say some environmentalists, as the companies behind these products have been less than forthcoming on their environmental impact.
