Plant-based meats sell best next to beef, chicken and pork

Grocers looking to drive incremental sales of plant-based meat products need to put them in animal meat departments. That's according to a new study by Kroger and Plant Based Foods Association, which found sales of meat alternatives jump 23 percent when sold near the real thing.
