Police Arrest Man For Gouging Hurricane Victims

With every human calamity, there's someone waiting to take advantage of the disadvantaged. Police in Palm Bay, Fla. arrested a man for allegedly selling $299 generators out of the back of a trailer for $600 to victims of the recent hurricanes there.
