Popeyes tries to spice up its sandwich menu with Blackened Chicken

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has added its Blackened Chicken Sandwich to its menu, the first significant addition to the chain's sandwich lineup since it helped create a crispy chicken craze four years ago. Popeyes President Sami Siddiqui said the new item is "a lighter option that is perfect for every day."
